Enterprise Integration: Shopify and Microsoft Dynamics 365

We added powerful integrations that transform your AI assistant from a knowledge source into an action-ready support agent:

  • Shopify Integration: Real-time order status lookups, product availability (including per-location inventory when applicable), pricing information, and nearest store location assistance
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM: Seamless connection to your customer data, enabling personalized, context-aware support that knows your customers' history

These aren't bolt-on features, they're deeply integrated capabilities that let your assistant actually help customers solve problems, not just answer questions.

Enhanced User Experience

We introduced optional Teaser Settings for the Chat Icon, giving you fine-grained control over how your assistant introduces itself to visitors. Because first impressions matter, and every brand is different.

Visibility That Drives Improvement

Our Chat Dashboard and Analytics received a major upgrade, providing deeper insights into customer interactions, conversation patterns, and assistant performance. For even better visibility of exactly what's working and what needs improvement.
